A Journey from Stage to Studio
Shelly has been acting since childhood, with a foundation in school plays, acting classes, and musical theatre. She sang in multiple choirs through her early twenties, which helped develop performance discipline and vocal confidence. Her journey into voice acting began on Smule in 2012. After starting as a singer, she created a separate voice acting page in 2023 to showcase her skills. This decision became a turning point, allowing her to build a portfolio and attract creative opportunities like Hammond Audio Dramas. Having grown up partially deaf and overcoming a speech impediment, she finds purpose in using her voice to inspire others. She views voice acting not just as performance but as empowerment

When she's not recording, Shelly spends her time writing scripts, studying classic performances, reading, and practicing accents. She loves collecting and selling books, and has built her own home library. To unwind, she enjoys singing, listening to jazz or classical music, and spending time with her fluffy cat, Button. Her personal philosophy is to create with purpose, staying humble, authentic, and true to her values.
